Planned Giving
With a little planning, your gift to the Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of the Florida Keys can help achieve your financial, philanthropic, and estate-planning goals.
Planned gifts give back, allowing you to take sizable income and may avoid capital gain taxes and estate deductions. They can provide income for you and your family for life. And planned gifts can be much larger than other gifts, so you can leave a legacy that fits your philanthropic goals.
Bequests – give to Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of the Florida Keys without affecting cash flow during your lifetime.
Charitable Gift Annuity – receive stable lifetime payments and significant tax benefits. Deferred Gift Annuity – build retirement earnings by deferring the onset of annuity payments. (Recommended for younger donors.)
Remainder Annuity Trust – make a significant gift and receive fixed income payments each year.
Charitable Lead Trust – discover the innovative way to pass appreciating assets to family members while also helping Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of the Florida Keys.
